Symptoms

The Java CAPS domain start up failed:

>./start_domain1.sh
Starting Domain domain1, please wait.
Log redirected to xxx/logicalhost/is/domains/domain1/logs/server.log.
Timeout waiting for domain domain1 to go to starting state.
CLI156 Could not start the domain domain1.



Check the domain server.log.  The following SEVERE exception error message is logged:
