Subsequent Documents Fail to Commit Within WebCenter Capture after an Error Occurs Within a Batch (Doc ID 1348502.1)

Symptoms

When an error is encountered while committing a document within a batch (e.g. the 2nd document within a 5 document batch) the documents following the document that failed to commit (in this case documents 3, 4 and 5) still remain in the batch.  The commit process should continue after document 2 fails and resume with committing documents 3, 4 and 5.
