Unable to Expand Nested Content Folios (Doc ID 1348586.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.3.0 version, Content Server

When attempting to expand and see content of sub-folios after expanding the top level folio to get to content and the sub-folios, they will not expand and
the following java script exception error occurs.
