Symptoms
When calling a Webservice an error occurs trying to find the XMLType class.
The missing class is available from the following locations:
1. Code-Source: ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/jlib/xdb.jar
2. Depending on the configuration, the error may include a reference to a location where the library exists.
