Content Server Displaying Warning in Login Screen (Doc ID 1348940.1)

Symptoms

1. Set the locale to Brazil
2. Enable the Site Studio component on a Content Server that is using Database.Fulltext as the search engine.
3. When the Content Server is restarted, there is a warning banner displayed at the top of the page asking to disable the DBSearchContainsOpSupport component even though the component is already disabled.
