DIP Sync Is Not Getting Any Updates From The Active Directory or SunOne Iplanet Server - Nothing Happens / No Errors in the DIP Logs (Doc ID 1349318.1)

User accounts created or modified on Microsoft (MS) Active Directory (AD) or SunOne Iplanet are not being updated in Oracle Internet Directory (OID) via Directory Integration Platform (DIP).

Profile log or trace file shows NO Errors and "Synchronization Successful".

In 10g, no <PROFILE_NAME>.trc file is created.

OID to OID 11g export sync does not sync any user entries.

AD to OID 11g import sync does not synchronize all or some of the user entries; no errors in the DIP logs even with profile Log Level set to All, USNChanged numbers are just skipped.
