The following error message, referring to nsSchemaCSN having multiple values, occurs throughout the errors file.
When this error occurs, replication of schema changes will not take place. Replication of data will not be affected.
There are many ways to create the issue. One of the simplest ways:
- Create a schema change through the ldapmodify command. This will create a nsSchemaCSN entry in the 99user.ldif.
- Make a copy of the 99user.ldif, with an extension of .ldif, e.g. 99user_backup.ldif
Now there are two files in the <install>/config/schema directory that contain a reference to nsSchemaCSN.
