WebCenter Doesn't Show who has liked the object.

Symptoms
The "Like" link doesn't show who likes the item.
It is expected to see the users who like this object and can connect to them.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login as user WebLogic, and create a public groupspace. e.g called LikeSpace
2. Login as user user01, and like the groupspace
3. Login as user Weblogic again, in the Activity Stream, you should see the link "You and one other person like this"
4. When you click the link, it doesn't show anything.
Note:
There is a very small white square "popup" on the top left corner of the browser when you click the link
