Links Will Not Execute After Being Converted from Word to PDF (Doc ID 1349880.1)

Symptoms

Using Content Server and Inbound Refinery versions 10gR3:

Links in Word documents are not always converted correctly when the Word documents are converted to PDF using the PDFExportComponent.

Links to external sites (for example http://www.google.com) are converted correctly; however, links to documents stored in Content Server are not converted.
