Enscribe files are correctly captured but some of the fields replicated do not have the correct values.
Enscribe records do not inherently contain DDL information. Records may be of variable length. Unlike SQL type databases, a program reading or writing such records maps it according to what the program defines it. Most sites would have defined DDLs for Enscribe files in a DDL Dictionary. DDL dictionary is a subvolume consists of files beginning with DICT*. These files holds the definitions, record structures etc. and is being manipulated by the Guardian program DDL. To use DDL, volume to the dictionary subvolume.
Some command DDL commands:
> ?DICT (Open the Dictionary for read and write, ?DICT,R for read only)
> ?DDL (List the definition in DDL format)
> OUTPUT DEFINITION DEFINITION-A. (Display the definition call DEFINITION-A)
> OUTPUT RECORD MYRECORD. (Display the record MYRECORD)
