PDFExportConverter Creates Big PDF Files When Increasing graphicoutputdpi

Symptoms
Using Content Server 10.1.3.5 and PDFExportConverter to convert Word documents into PDF.
ContentAccess-[platform] 2011_05_05 (build 11) or earlier is installed in the Inbound Refinery.
When converting a Word document containing a lot of images, the resulting PDF document is a lot larger than the original document.
Using other converters (for example PDFConverter on Windows), the resulting PDF file is approximately the same size as the original Word document.
Changes
'graphicoutputdpi' has been set to 350 (or higher) to improve the quality of the images in the PDF file, as instructed in <Document 1271759.1> "Using the PDFExportConverter Component To Convert Images (TIFF/JPEG) Results In Poor Quality PDF File"
