Search Not Working On Specific Account (Doc ID 1350908.1)

Symptoms

A user has two accounts "AB/ABC/ABC_FIN/IT" and "AB/ABC/ABC_FIN/FINANCE". The user has RW permissions to  both accounts.

When user checks in a file with account "AB/ABC/ABC_FIN/FINANCE", everything work fine and the user can access the content. When the user checks-in a document with account "AB/ABC/ABC_FIN/IT", the user can only access the “Native File Link:”. But the document does not appear in the search results.
