Symptoms

You are trying to use the well-known-addresses (WKA) feature to form a cluster, but the formation of the cluster is failing for various reasons, ie:

You see node startup error messages as in: 

"Node /172.16.102.54:9095 is not allowed to create a new cluster; WKA list: [/10.5.143.212:9095]"

or, the command-line override options you used seem to be ignored and you still see multicast being used.  ie: you provided:
