As per Oracle Fusion Middleware Administrator's Guide 11g Release 1 (11.1.1) - Appendix H Oracle Wallet Manager and orapki , ORAPKI can now be used with CRL's that are accessed via URL's.

For example, to show the status of a CRL accessible via a URL:

where <URL> is the URL where the CRL resides, and <rootCA_cert> is the root certificate that signed it

If the CRL is stored on a WebServer that can only be accessed via a proxy server, then what needs to be done for orapki to access that URL?
