Error in RTS Log File: "Reporting: ORA-12899: value too large for column" (Doc ID 1351968.1)

Symptoms

When the OFR RTS instance processes documents the following error is returned in the RTS log file:

Reporting: ORA-12899: value too large for column "TXIOFR"."OFRDOCUMENT"."DOCUMENTNUMBER" (actual: 62, maximum: 50)
INSERT INTO OFRDOCUMENT (DOCUMENTNUMBER, VERSION, PROJECTNAME, CLIENTNAME, DateImportStartRTS) VALUES ( '181_621347E0D1D94D81AE417663C8A719A3_08152011_MRSINV0000001383', '1', 'AP PACKAGED PROJECT', '', sysdate)
