Symptoms
The execution of an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Package or Scenario runs as expected under the "Local (No Agent)" Agent but fails when the execution is under an OPMN (Oracle Process Manager and Notification) managed ODI 11g Agent.
The resulting message indicates that a file or executable can not be found:

The Package or Scenario is executed under an ODI Agent that has been configured and deployed to run under OPMN rather than using the "Local (No Agent)".
