(Doc ID 1352372.1)
Last updated on JANUARY 30, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Enterprise Single Sign-On Suite Plus - Version 11.1.1.5.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
The LDAP authenticator in Logon Manager failed to recognize the credentials for a user in the OID repository and would prompt to login with a different user ID in the user name field. If the credentials are valid, then the user should be able to authenticate and synchronize to the OID repository using LDAP sync and LDAP authentication. The issue prevents the user from authenticating to the OID repository with Logon Manager.
Changes
The account used for testing was a new test account created by the administrator in the OID repository.
