Symptoms

When TIFF images are uploaded to WebCenter Portal, the upload activity in activity stream prompts the user to download the file every time the activity stream is viewed. This occurs in group spaces and personal space on both IE and Firefox browsers.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login as a user.
2. Upload a TIFF image file.
3. Go back to the Activities or Logout and Login again.
4. The Activity in the activity stream prompts the user to download the file every time the activity stream is viewed.
