Incorrect OC4jadmin Password While Applying Patchset 10.1.3.5 (Doc ID 1353131.1)

Symptoms

On : Oracle Fusion Middleware 10.1.3.5.0 version, OC4J Module
Operating System : Linux x86 : Red Hat Enterprise 4


Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.1 installed successfully with short password like "xxxxx",
When attempting to apply OFM Patch Set 5 (10.1.3.5), at the screen to enter administrator password for the application server instance being patched. Oc4jadmin password , when enter the password "xxxxx"
the following error occurs.

"The password that you have entered is incorrect. Please enter the Oc4jadmin password that is assigned for this instance."


The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Install FMW Patchset 10.1.3.1 with oc4j password short like "xxxxx"
2. Apply Patchset 10.1.3.5.0 , during the installation , in a configuration screen which enter oc4jadmin password , when enter "xxxxx" : it raise alert "The password that you have entered is incorrect. Please enter the Oc4jadmin password that is assigned for this instance."
3, When click "Ok" button then complete the installation processes , Application server is installed successfully with Patchset 10.1.3.5.0 but without Application server console.
