UCM 11G - Users are not Able to Use the System due to Locking Errors (Doc ID 1353330.1)

Symptoms

During normal operations user operations are getting stuck.

Error in log:

...is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds. Stack trace:

External LDAP provider, which is OID.

Changes

Clustered environment, but at the time of the problem , they were running only one node.
