When Xhtml Render Format is Used in a Skeleton, the Final HTML Doesn't Generate the Close </script> Tag (Doc ID 1353393.1)

When XHTML is used as the preset render format in the LaF skeleton.xml file as follows:

<script src="buttons.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
<script src="util.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

Then the final HTML output renders the script tags as:

The script tag without a closing tag can cause incomplete rendering of pages in certain browsers such as IE7.
