Dependent Choice Lists - Bug When Using Arrow Keys To Select

Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.3.0 version, Content Server when using Internet Explorer version 8, and a two-level dependent choice list is created the following occurs:
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
If you select the first level with the mouse and then use the arrow key to pick the value. Then click out of that field and then select the second level it will still show the options from your first choice.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
That regardless of choosing with the mouse or with the arrow keys that the options from the second level will show when the second level choices are chosen.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create two-level dependent choice list
2. Select the first level with the mouse and then use the arrow key to pick the value.
3. Click out of the field, and then select the second level - it will still show the options from your first choice
