Select Button Disabled for Parent Pages in Page Selection Dialog (Doc ID 1353860.1)

When adding a new (or editing an existing) Page Link onto a Links list it is not possible to select a parent page in the page selection dialog which opens after pressing the Browse button. You can only select a page which does not have any sub pages.

Steps to reproduce this issue:

1) Run a custom Webcenter portal application (index.html) from JDeveloper.
2) Under Administration->Resources->Pages create at least one page and one subpage.
3) Add content to home page. Select WebDevelopment->Links.
4) Click add link -> page link. Select browse Path. Try to select a page that has sub pages.
That doesn't work, because select button is disabled.
