Symptoms
After running the synchronization services for the URM Agent, the time stamps on the adapter are not set to the current date or time. No errors are thrown by the system.
Steps to replicate
1. Log in to the URM system as an admin user
2. Go to 'Records' > 'Synchronize' > 'All'
3. Wait for the "Tasks were successfully run" message and click OK
4. On the "Configuration Information Page", the "Last Run Date" column is set to approximately 14 days prior than the current date.
