MBean exception InstanceAlreadyExistsException With Universal Connection Pool (Doc ID 1354558.1)

Symptoms


Error when setting up second connection pool using UCP 11.1.0.7. First pool works fine.
Getting the following when starting the second pool:


Connection Pool: java.sql.SQLException: Unable to start the Universal Connection Pool: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: MBean exception occurred while registering or unregistering the MBean
