Goal

RCU throws the following error when connecting to a SQL Server 2008 Express Edition database:

NOTIFICATION rcu: oracle.sysman.assistants.common.dbutil.jdbc.JDBCEngine::connect: Connecting to database: user:sqlserveradmin, role:Normal, connectString:jdbc:weblogic:sqlserver://mysqlserverhost:139;DatabaseName=SQLExpress
ERROR rcu: oracle.sysman.assistants.rcu.backend.validation.StepValidator::isConnectionStepValidated: Failed to connect database: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver]No more data available to read.
