eManager is unable to display the J2EE tree and logs the following, ERROR: Cannot communicate with - because java.io.IOException: Connection reset

On : JavaCAPS 6.3
Three domains running on the server and eManager, all running as a Windows service. After the domains and emanager are started, within 30 minutes eManager will stop communicating with one or more domains. When this happens, the emanager will no longer display the J2EE tree at all, and cannot be used to monitor any domains until the emanager and all domains are restarted.
The emanager log file fills up with the following errors:
