The Email Workflow Does Not Refresh Automatically (Doc ID 1357313.1)

We Integrated MS Exchange and MS live with WebCenter Spaces Email.
We then added the email workflow onto a Space.
The issue is that the email Workflow does not refresh itself even after 10 minutes. In order to view new emails, we have to manually refresh the Email workflow. Why doesn't it refresh automatically periodically to show the updated inbox?
