FRM-93652 Error When Accessing an LOV and Record=Names Parameter is Set (Doc ID 1357400.1)

When accessing an LOV in a form with the record=names parameter set, the LOV fails with a 'FRM-93652: Contact your system administrator' error. The error occurs after you have opened the LOV, selected a value, and clicked OK.

If you do NOT set the record=names parameter, then the LOV returns the value without any error.
