Symptoms
After upgrading the Folders_g component and trying to exit the Configuration Manager admin applet, the following message is shown:
The current database design is invalid.
Do you want to exit without updating the database ?
Update Database Design:
Configuration Manager
The following info field(s) have been changed to a smaller type:
field 'xTrashDeleter' from type 'Big Text' to type 'Text'
Proceeding with this change will result in data loss. Are you sure that
you want to continue with updating the database design?

If you click OK, the following error is then shown:
Error updating the database design. Unable to execute service UPDATE_META_TABLE and function update Meta Table. (System Error: Field "xTrashDeleter" is already present in the database table and cannot be replaced.)
