Symptoms

The below error was thrown after the upgrade of Inbound Refinery (IBR) to 10g:


Creating jpg thumbnail.
Creating thumbnail image of c:/oracle/ucm/ibr/vault/~convert/idc/207120/349918.jpg.
Writing Image Export resource file.
Launching Image Export csLinefeedWarning(line 1: Invalid fallback format
Warning,line 1: Failed to read entire configuration file.)
Exception type is 'java.lang.Throwable'. [ Details ]
An error has occurred. The stack trace below shows more information.

CS also reports null-pointer exceptions when trying to poll the refinery queue.  No documents are being refined.  Deleting providers removes the polling errors, but recreating the providers triggers the errors once more.

	at intradoc.refinery.ConvertedWorkThread.refineryCheckForConvertedWork(ConvertedWorkThread.java:107)
	at intradoc.refinery.ConvertedWorkThread$1.run(ConvertedWorkThread.java:70)
	at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:595)
