Symptoms


Renamed or Moved documents show Page not Found error in Activity Stream instead of the file preview.

Steps to Reproduce
==================
1. Upload a PDF document to a Space from Document Explorer task flow.

2. Notice in the 'Activity Stream' that the preview for the PDF document is displayed.

3. Move that PDF document to a different folder or rename it.

4. Go back to the 'Activity Stream'... notice how the preview for the document is now displaying 'Page not found'.
