How To Restrict User Creation With Smaller Letter ?




Goal

Question:

How is it possible to  apply a  policy where user/administrator will not be allowed to create any user with lowercase letter(s).

e.g.

Below format will be allowed to create user

1234567@EMAIL_ADDR

Below format will not be allowed

1234567@email_addr
