ESSO Prompting User For Passphrase After Upgrade And Changing Windows Password (Doc ID 1358019.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from an older version of ESSO where WinAuth V2 was configured with passphrase suppression, users may be prompted for a passphrase after changing their Windows Password. This happens immediately after the Windows Password change, ESSO will popup a prompt for the user. 

Changes

The change is that there was an upgrade from an older (6X, 7X, 10X) version of the Passlogix or Oracle ESSO agent to a new version.
