"No reader for unknown schema" Reported By EDQP (OPDQ) When Opening a DataLens (Doc ID 1358143.1)

When opening an EDQP (OPDQ) Datalens for editing, the system reports:

where xxxx is the name of the lens being opened.

This error is caused by a corrupt or missing classification schema, which is normally caused by incorrect customer changes made to a schema file.
