New Files Saved from Word into Web Folder Stay in GenWWW Status (Doc ID 1358173.1)

Symptoms

Create a new document in Word. Save it from Word into a web folder for UCM. The content item stays in GenWWW and does not get released.

If you reopen the document, make a change, and save it again, this new revision does get released, while revision 1 still remains in GenWWW status.
