Configuring DSEE Instance With 'idsync dspluginconfig' Results With A "0 >= 0" Message. (Doc ID 1358212.1)

Symptoms


With Identity Synchronization for Windows (ISW) version 6SP1, 11.1.1.3.0, or 11.1.1.5.0.

Executing "idsync dspluginconfig" command towards a Directory Server (DS), for a new or other than the default master results in an error.

# idsync dspluginconfig -C -p <port> -D cn="Directory Manager" -w <DirManPW> -q <SyncPW> -d ldaphost -r <2nd_port> -u cn="Directory Manager" -x <DirManPW> -o "dc=example,dc=com"




If not patched (see associated bugs below), will lead to this error message:

ERROR
-----------------------
0 >= 0

This results in preventing from configuring additional subcomponent ID (SUBC)   DS plugins again non-preferred master(s) or consumer(s).
