JTA Health Went From OK to Warning and Filestore Declared Unhealthy (Doc ID 1358303.1)

Symptoms

The problem occurred after this sequence of events:

  1. A simple SQL call was successfully made.
  2. There was a failed attempt to write a JMS message to a Queue (which has a persistent store as File Store).
  3. After this failure, the complete transaction was rolled back.

The following error was extracted from the application logs which says "Error enlisting GXA transaction":
