Error Message "Forbidden Admin" in the GlassFish Message Queue (MQ) Master Broker's Log After Changing Broker Admin Passwords (Doc ID 1358953.1)

Symptoms

While changing the password of the admin user for the MQ instances in a conventional cluster with a master broker, the command asadmin list-jmsdest <cluster ID> where <cluster ID> is the name of the GlassFish cluster, fails with the following error message:

remote failure: Unable to list JMS destinations. Please ensure that the Message Queue Brokers are running.
Command list-jmsdest failed.

and the following error message is logged in the master broker log of the MQ cluster:

[12/Sep/2011:11:07:54 CEST] WARNING JMX connector server jmxrmi: Failure detected during authentication com.sun.messaging.jmq.auth.api.FailedLoginException: [B4051]: Forbidden admin
