Symptoms


The application credentials are provisioned from Provisioning Gateway Server to a domain controller in the Active Directory Repository but the new credentials do not appear in the Logon Manager agent when clicking on the Refresh button or when attempting to unlock the workstation with a Smart Card PIN. The user must wait or restart the Logon Manager agent before the new credentials will appear in the list.
