Symptoms

On the database tier running 11.1.0.7.x or 11.2.0.x, processes are consuming 100% CPU and the connection to the database never closes.

The issue was first observed after an upgrade to Beehive version 2.0.1.4, however it is unknown if it is related to the upgrade.
