 ESSO LM Agent is not synchronizing automatically during initial PC Logon.  This can result in the following symptoms amongst others:
1.  The latest version of templates and other configuration objects may not display in the ESSO agent
2.  Provisioning instructions may not be processed
3.  Information such as usernames and passwords that have been updated on other PC's may not be reflected properly on the local PC.
