Symptoms

After installing IAS 1.0.2.x, the configuration of Portal using the Oracle Portal Configuration Assistant (OPCA) fails with following error:

"The allocated SHARED_POOL_SIZE parameter for the database is not sufficient for the Oracle Portal installation. Increase the SHARED_POOL_SIZE allocation to continue the installation process."
