Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Content - Version 11.1.1.4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.4.0 version, Content Server, an advanced folio template was created which had a value specified for the default folio profile.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a user uses the folio template and when the user right-clicks to add content to a slot by search, the first screen fills in the correct profile, but when using the source items pane where the search button is it does not fill in any profile.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that if a value is chosen when the advanced folio template was created that when the template is used and the user adds content to a slot by searching or by source items that the default profile is filled in.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. An Advanced Folio Template was created.
2. On the Properties Tab, a Default Folio Profile was specified
3. When the user uses the folio template, and when the user right clicks to add content to a slot by search, the first screen fills in the expected profile because the search profile is set in the template properties
4. When you go to the Source Items pane and start a search for Source items, the user is prompted for a profile
