Starting ECM Configuration Throws Error 'E:/Program' is not recognized...' (Doc ID 1360766.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Configure a new 11g ECM WLS Domain using either  the Windows menu Start -> Programs -> Oracle ECM 11g Home1 -> Configure Application Server or via Windows Command Prompt, the following error occurs.

'E:/Program' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

JRockit was installed using default paths as were WLS and the Fusion Middleware Home. Example default paths (your drive letter may differ):

E:\Program Files\Java\jrockit-jdk1.6.0_24-R28.1.3-4.0.1
E:\Oracle\Middleware
E:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_ECM1
