An External Authenticated User is Unable to Access the Admin Server Page (Doc ID 1361009.1)

Symptoms

Users are authenticated and authorized via an external provider, OpenLDAP, Active Directory, OID, etc.

Particular users are given the sysmanager role

In the user's profile it's shown that the sysmanager role is assigned:

Roles: ermadmin,pcmadmin,rmaadmin,refineryadmin,sysmanager,admin,WLS_Administrators,OSOS dev,guest,authenticated

But when the user tries to open the Admin Server page the following error is received:

Request Failed Unable to retrieve root IdcAdmin page. User 'ExtUser' does not have sufficient privileges.
