Users find that Logon Manager fails to work after changing their windows password. Logon Manager will then prompt the user for their password over and over in a loop.
Often in this kind of case we see that the affected user was upgraded from an older version of esso-lm and the user is set to the older passphrase suppression mechanism, and therefore not able to unlock their credential store when the user's windows password is changed.
