Symptoms
When connecting with the OWB 11.2.0.2 Design Center Client to an OWB 11.2.0.3 Repository, the connection fails with:
Users should make sure versions of the OWB Design Client and the OWB Repository are the same to have a certified setup. But on platforms where Oracle Warehouse Builder 11.2.0.3 is not yet available, Oracle Warehouse Builder 11.2.0.2 client is certified for use with databases running Oracle Warehouse Builder 11.2.0.3. However, the latest cumulative patch available for OWB 11.2.0.2 (referenced in Note 1271208.1: List of Patches Available for OWB 11.2) must be applied for the 11.2.0.2 client to fully enable this support.
