OFRDocument.DateExportRTS is Null After Batch is Exported (Doc ID 1362050.1)

Symptoms

After a batch is successfully exported (state 800) from Oracle Forms Recognition, the export date, located in the table OFRDOCUMENT (reporting table)- column DATEEXPORTSRTS is still null.  All other fields are correctly populated.
