"OK" Button Is Not Working As Expected In Set User Preferences Dialog Window

In WebCenter Spaces when using the Preferences -> Password to change the password the dialog to accept the new password does not close after entering values and selecting OK.

Instead the dialog remains up and the input fields for old and new password are cleared.

Selecting OK or Apply at this point results in an error as the fields are not populated.

Old Password You must enter a value.

New Password You must enter a value.

Confirm New Password You must enter a value.
